We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at XQUENDA Spa at Rancho Mañana. XQUENDA Spa at Rancho Mañana offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed, you will receive a complimentary re-do service. (Instances may vary.)
Our Service Providers and Front Desk Coordinators are "HEARDD" Certified and promise that every client will be HEARDD. HEARDD is an acronym for HEAR what the client says, EXPLAIN what I heard, APPLY my training, REVIEW expectations, DISCUSS client's satisfaction, and DOCUMENT every experience. We are committed to acquire a comprehension of each client's needs to prevent mistakes and misunderstandings.
All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. We MUST be given the opportunity to correct the service and we cannot entertain a request for a refund if you have already seen another service provider at a different business.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 24 hours to contact the Spa to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact the Spa as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Your comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapists will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make any special requests, before and during your service, to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
Right to Refuse Service:
XQUENDA Spa at Rancho Mañana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in Spa credit will be issued.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy:
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times within the 48 hour window you will be placed on a walk-in basis only.
This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior will result in a $50 fee charged on your next service.
In order to respect the time of our Service Providers, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a $50 no show fee and serviced on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Appointment we will not be able to schedule a new appointment free of charge.
Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Our Children's Menu is for children under the age of 10. Children over the age of 10 are charged for full price services.
XQUENDA Spa at Rancho Mañana is a Family Friendly Spa, however, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service being performed.
Methods of payment:
XQUENDA Spa at Rancho Mañana accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card and Cash.
You may request an appointment by calling the spa OR via our website. We value our guests’ time and we ask our guests to extend the same courtesy. We kindly request you reserve your appointments with a 50% deposit using either a credit card or a gift card to guarantee reservations.
For your first spa treatment visit, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for intake paperwork to be filled out, a spa tour, changing into your spa attire and a consultation. We ask that our returning guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to allow for proper check in. For late arrivals, we reserve the right to finish our service on time, as scheduled.
Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request is not approved until you receive confirmation from XQUENDA Spa at Rancho Mañana.
Series and Package Policy:
All series and package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount spent on the package or series cannot be altered or moved to a different service or product within the spa. Packages and series have no expiration date, and can be used with any different service provider in the spa.
It is against Spa Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
Gift Certificate and Gift Card Policy:
Gift certificates and gift cards make a great gift for birthdays, special occasions, or just to say thank you to your family and friends.
Gift certificates and gift cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be disclosed at time of booking a service.
Copies of gift certificates or gift cards are not acceptable.
Please call XQUENDA Spa at Rancho Mañana concerning lost gift certificates or gift cards.
All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates and gift cards are valid at XQUENDA Spa at Rancho Mañana only for all products, services, and gratuities.
No cash change will be given on any unused value which will remain on your account.
Gift certificates and gift cards purchased from the previous owners and/or prior to November 1st, 2018 will not be honored. Please call the spa for information on contacting the previous owners.
Gift card purchasers prior to November 1, 2018 are advised to dispute the charge with their bank or credit card company. Several clients have informed us of their success going this route and have recovered the entire amount paid.
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity charge of the regular priced service will be added to the cost of your service at check-in. This amount is yours to modify as you see fit in cash or on a separate line of your credit card receipt.
